Not happy at all, emailed as I had returned 2 items which I didn’t like. Have emailed 4 times, they signed for the return 4 weeks ago!!!! Absolute joke, and now just ignore each email that I send. I wouldn’t order again, shouldn’t be a hassle to get a refund from places. Asos and other companies manage to do it swiftly as ever, even during this pandemic!!!! Don’t have money or time to be wasting right now, and I just think it’s a disgrace.
Never received confirmation email of my order, never received my parcel for over two weeks, size wasn't true to guidelines, then when I returned the items they are still trying to charge me on my clear pay account!!!!!!! They accepted return of my items on the 7th of December but still want my money....?

Really cute jumpsuit. The bit around the ankles is a bit tight, but should be fine if you undo the button.
I bought a cardigan from DLSB. Delivery was quick and I received updates. Transaction seamless and the quality of the cardigan is excellent. Sizing good, material of good quality and has washed well.Will buy from DLSB again, a perfect first experience of shopping here.

Absolutely shocking customer service, been waiting since end of March for my problem to be resolved, I've tried Facebook messenger as well as email and getting nowhere. Have been sent the wrong items and they want to charge me to send them back!

Ordered from DLSB a few times now. Clothes have always been as seen in pics, good quality. Normal speed delivery. Handy you can pay using Klarna and other similar payments service. My only wish would be that they were cheaper and had more! Love everything!
Site is OK. I find the *one* size fits all really annoying. Trust me it doesn't fit size 8-14 ? not the best quality clothes either . OK to wear once or twice but not smth you would wear every day. Pics in real life not the same as the photoshoped images online. But I will probably end up buying more items cos they look cute on my phone screen and shops are closed during the lockdown ? so it's not like we have much of the choice... It's either this or asda George lol
